The hotel is in a very central location. It was easy to walk to many places. The staff were helpful and polite.

The bedroom was very small. The bathroom looked not fully cleaned upon my arrival. The shelves and furniture had dust on them.

Adequate Stay with Minor Issues

The position was alright.

The room lacked a fridge, a feature I now expect as standard. Cleaners kept resetting the heating, so the room was uncomfortably hot upon my return each day. Windows remained sealed shut. Constant air conditioning proved necessary though its cooling capacity seemed limited. The bed's firmness didn't help either. It was solid.

The room was clean , and the bed proved very comfortable. I appreciated the central location , a short walk from Moorfields station. The staff were friendly and efficient , always available to assist with directions. I liked the europlug socket , alongside standard UK sockets.

I found the lobby area very small , especially when breakfast was served.

The breakfast had an extra charge , but it was quite acceptable for the price. There was a selection of pastries , cereals , and hot items. The dining area was clean , yet small and often crowded.

The staff offered luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. They addressed all my questions quickly , proving helpful information about local attractions. I noticed the staff maintained a friendly and professional demeanor.

The location was central. It made getting around very easy. the room was compact. It had everything i needed for my short stay. the shower was hot and the room had sky tv. These features were very much appreciated after a long day.

i found that there was only one hook available in the bathroom. it was not enough space to hang all my towels. another towel rail would solve this problem.
